MBTI — 16 types
Four preference scales: where your energy comes from, how you take in information, how you decide, and how you organise life.
The four scales
E / I — Extraversion / Introversion
Where energy comes from: interaction with the world, or inner life.
S / N — Sensing / Intuition
How information is gathered: through facts and experience, or through links and possibilities.
T / F — Thinking / Feeling
What a decision rests on: an objective criterion, or values and people.
J / P — Judging / Perceiving
How life is organised: through plans and closure, or through openness and adaptation.

Diplomats
Intuition plus feeling: people of meaning, values and other people’s potential.
